A System Built for the Danish Taxi Industry

TimiDrive is a purpose-built web platform for the Danish taxi industry, developed for TimiDrive ApS in Odense. The system serves as an all-in-one solution that replaces Excel spreadsheets, paper accounting, and manual processes with a modern, mobile-friendly digital tool.

The platform has two parts: a public-facing website presenting the company professionally, and an internal portal for drivers and the administrator (vognmand) — managing everything from legally required time tracking to full financial accounting and intelligent trip analysis.

The fleet runs on a Mercedes EQB 250 — fully electric, fully modern.

Real-Time Dashboard

The dashboard gives a complete overview at a glance: monthly revenue, settlements, transferred amounts, number of shifts, daily averages, and per-report averages.

Admins see the entire company. Drivers see their own numbers. The system also flags missing end-of-shift reports so nothing falls through the cracks.

No more guessing — every metric is live, updated, and actionable.

Legally Compliant Time Tracking (§ 4b)

A complete working time registration system that fully complies with the Danish Working Hours Act § 4b:

Check-in/check-out with a live timer
Automatic alerts when exceeding 13 hours of daily work, falling below 11 hours of rest, or crossing the 48-hour weekly average over 4 months
Full audit trail — every change is logged with old/new values, user ID, and timestamp
Weekly statistics panel with a 4-month rolling average
Export to Excel/CSV — ready for the Danish Working Environment Authority and SKAT
5-year retention with automatic deletion after — fully GDPR compliant

End-of-Shift Reports & Work Scheduling

Slutrapporter: Drivers submit daily end-of-shift reports with revenue, settlement, and transferred amounts. A clear workflow with statuses: draft → submitted → approved/rejected. Admins can filter, approve, and reject reports in seconds.

Arbejdsplan: Drivers view their upcoming shifts, and admins can create and edit work schedules — all in one place. No more WhatsApp groups or shared Google Sheets for scheduling.

Faste Ture: Create fixed routes with multiple stops, Google Maps address autocomplete, and the ability to reuse and duplicate routes for recurring trips.

Complete Financial Module — Replacing Excel Forever

The central accounting module is the heart of the system. It covers everything a vognmand needs for clean, auditable bookkeeping:

Overblik (Overview) — Consolidated dashboard with revenue, settlements, expenses, and profit. Visual graphs for revenue vs. expenses and expenses by category.
Omsætning (Revenue) — Daily revenue lines tied to specific drivers and vehicles.
Udgifter (Expenses) — Fixed and variable expenses, recurring charges (monthly/quarterly/yearly), receipt scanning with OCR, and document management.
Kontanter (Cash) — Cash counting and cash deposit workflows (admin only).
Afstemning (Reconciliation) — Upload bank statements and automatically match transactions against end-of-shift reports. Discrepancies are highlighted instantly.
Løn (Payroll) — Payroll models with commission, base salary, and automated calculations.
Kontoplan (Chart of Accounts) — Full chart of accounts for proper bookkeeping.
Eksport (Export) — Consolidated export function for accountants.
CVR Integration — Company details pulled directly from the Danish CVR register.

Strict separation between CVR (company) and private finances — private data is only visible to the admin.

Intelligent Trip Prediction — GDPR by Design

The Forudse Tur module is where data becomes strategy:

Imports Taxa Syd account list PDFs
Analyzes historical trip data and calculates profit scores per location and district
Shows positioning recommendations for the 08:00–14:00 window
Identifies peak hours and most profitable districts
Provides trends and cross-district comparisons

The module is built with privacy by design as a core principle. The system exclusively analyzes anonymized data:

Street names — never house numbers, addresses, or destinations
Time of day — only clock time and weekday, never linked to passengers
Trip amounts — aggregated per location, not per customer

No personally identifiable information is ever stored — no passenger names, phone numbers, exact addresses, or route data. All data imported from account lists is stripped down to only street name and amount before it is saved. House numbers are automatically removed during parsing.

This means the system can deliver valuable positioning recommendations — "drive to this area at 09:30 for the best trips" — without ever knowing who was picked up or where they were dropped off.

In short: Forudse Tur knows where and when the good trips are, but never who took them.

Fleet, Drivers & the Public Website

Driver Management: Create and manage driver accounts with secure user provisioning via Supabase Edge Functions. Role-based access ensures drivers only see their own data.

Fleet Management: Full vehicle overview with registration numbers, make, model, and odometer tracking for the Mercedes EQB 250 fleet.

News System: Admin can create, edit, and publish news articles that appear both in the internal portal and on the public-facing website.

Public Website: A professional landing page with company information, contact details, a direct call button to Taxa Syd (66 15 44 15), cookie handling, and a privacy policy in full GDPR compliance.
