    2. What personal data do we collect?

    We collect and process the following types of personal data:

    • Contact details (name, email, phone number)
    • Company information (company name, CVR number)
    • Technical data (IP address, browser type, visit data)
    • Communication data (messages via contact form)

    3. Business data & prospecting

    Through our internal prospecting tool (ArcIQ) we collect publicly available business information to identify companies that may benefit from our services and the right person to contact. This information is used internally only and is never sold or shared with third parties.

    • Sources: the public Danish Central Business Register (CVR/Virk) and publicly available web pages.
    • Scope: business contact details only (company, role, work email/phone), processed in a professional capacity. We do not collect private information or special categories of data.
    • Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) in business-to-business outreach.
    • Retention: business leads that are never used are automatically deleted after no more than 3 years.

    You can object to this processing or request deletion of your data at any time by contacting kontakt@arctonia.com. We action such requests promptly and will not re-add a contact who has objected.

    We process your personal data for the following purposes:

    10. Data processors & international transfers

    We use trusted data processors to deliver our services. They process personal data only on our instructions and under a data processing agreement (DPA). Our processors include, among others:

    • Hosting, database and authentication — our data is hosted in the EU (Supabase, Stockholm).
    • Sending emails (e.g. confirmation and contact messages).
    • AI-based enrichment and research for business prospecting.

    Some processors are located outside the EU/EEA. When we transfer personal data to third countries, it is done on the basis of the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or another valid transfer mechanism, so your data remains protected.

    11. Right to complain
