If you need a new system, it starts with a meeting. Everything else we handle by email or phone.
We start in the way you work and show you something that runs.

Good to know.
Short answers to what we are often asked. If your question is missing, write to us.
Price and time
- N.01
What does it cost?
It depends on how big the system becomes. If you have a budget, you can add it when you book the meeting. Then we know from the start what we are building within.
- N.02
How long does it take?
Typically 8 to 16 weeks, depending on how much the system needs to do. We build week by week together with you, so you see the progress all the way.
Working together
- N.03
What happens at the first meeting?
We talk about how you work today and what bothers you most. You get an honest assessment and then a demo of something that runs.
- N.04
Do we have to replace what we use today?
No. We start from what you have and improve the processes that already exist. Often we build something that connects to your current system, pulls data out of it and gives you a better overview.
Data and operation
- N.05
Who owns the data and the code?
Your data always belongs to you. Who owns the code is something we agree on before we start.
- N.06
Where is the data stored?
With a recognised hosting partner in the EU. That is where the system runs and where your data is stored. The development and design itself happens on our own infrastructure. If you already use a particular platform, we adapt to it.
- N.07
How is it tested?
In two steps. First we stress test the system before it reaches you. Then a first version is put to use in your daily operation, for example as an internal tool, so it is also tested in real life.
- N.08
Who keeps the system running afterwards?
We do. We take care of hosting and support and keep building when your everyday work changes.
